We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable and the room was spacious and beautiful. The bathroom was bright and well-maintained. The staff was very pleasant, and we were contacted to choose our parking

Will, the desk host when we arrived was very friendly and helpful in helpig us locate a very nice evening meal at the Amana Colonies.

1. Dust was so think on the tv screen I could write a message on it. 2. I felt the sheets were NOT fresh...they were very wrinkled...like they had been slept in before we arrived???? Quality Control is necessary. 3. Light over lav. turned off during evening .....and would not come back on...next morning it came on for a little bit and then off again.

Would have liked a donut and coffee around 5 an we had to leave before breakfast was served at 6am

The staff was very friendly, the location was convenient near the airport and parking, and it was nice to have an outdoor sitting area.

Booked a room with a hot tub and appreciated the extras like central heating, multi-channel TV, and a microwave oven.

My husband had to have surgery very early in the morning and we decided to come the night before and we've previously stayed at AmericInn's because we enjoy the facility and didn't want to stay anywhere else 

Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Well-stocked pool area with plenty of towels. Friendly staff at check-in and breakfast. Continental breakfast had a nice variety of options with additional touches like strawberry preserves and cheese slices. 

Room was very clean and bed was extremely comfortable.

I would have liked a larger size jacuzzi. Really only room for one person.

Clean rooms with spacious bathrooms for multiple guests. Thick, fluffy towels provided. Indoor pool available. Pleasant and helpful front desk staff. Convenient airport shuttle with early hot breakfast.

The rooms here are spacious and well-lit, and the staff is friendly and attentive, the bathroom is clean and has a bathtub.

The hotel is well-maintained and exceptionally comfortable. The staff is very helpful, attentive, and excellent. It's nice to see an area outside to be able to sit at.
